This policy explains how payments for AuroraDigi services work. Your written quotation always takes priority if it says something different.
1. Currency and prices
- All prices are in Iraqi dinars (IQD) unless your quotation states another currency.
- Prices shown on the website are starting prices. Your final price depends on the scope agreed in your quotation.
- Domain, hosting, paid plugins, advertising budgets and other third-party costs are not included unless the quotation says so.
2. Payment schedule

3. Payment methods
- Cash, against a signed receipt.
- Bank transfer to the account given on your invoice.
- ZainCash or Qi Card — numbers and QR codes are on our Payment Methods page.
Please send proof of payment on WhatsApp or email. We will never ask for your card number, PIN or online-banking password.
4. Invoices and receipts
We issue an invoice or receipt for every payment. Ask us if you need it in a specific company name.
5. Late payment
Work starts only after full payment is received. For monthly services, if a payment is more than 7 days late we may pause the service until it is paid.
6. Price changes
We may update our prices from time to time. Changes never affect a quotation you have already accepted.
7. Refunds
Full payment is protected by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including a full refund within 15 days.

توضّح هذه السياسة آلية الدفع لخدمات AuroraDigi، ويُعتمد ما يرد في عرض السعر المكتوب إذا اختلف عنها.
1. العملة والأسعار
- جميع الأسعار بالدينار العراقي (IQD) ما لم يحدّد عرض السعر عملة أخرى.
- الأسعار المعروضة في الموقع أسعارٌ تبدأ من، ويعتمد السعر النهائي على النطاق المتّفق عليه في عرض السعر.
- لا تشمل الأسعار النطاق والاستضافة والإضافات المدفوعة وميزانيات الإعلانات وغيرها من تكاليف الأطراف الثالثة، ما لم يذكر عرض السعر ذلك.

3. طرق الدفع
- نقداً مقابل وصل استلام موقّع.
- تحويل مصرفي إلى الحساب المذكور في الفاتورة.
- زين كاش أو كي كارد — الأرقام ورموز QR موجودة في صفحة طرق الدفع.
يُرجى إرسال ما يثبت الدفع عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني. ولن نطلب منك أبداً رقم بطاقتك أو رمزها السري أو كلمة مرور حسابك المصرفي.
4. الفواتير والوصولات
نصدر فاتورة أو وصلاً لكل دفعة، وأخبرنا إذا كنت تحتاجها باسم شركة معيّنة.
5. التأخر في الدفع
لا يبدأ العمل إلا بعد استلام المبلغ كاملاً. وفي الخدمات الشهرية، إذا تأخّرت الدفعة أكثر من 7 أيام يحق لنا إيقاف الخدمة مؤقتاً حتى السداد.
6. تغيير الأسعار
قد نحدّث أسعارنا من وقت لآخر، ولا يؤثّر أي تغيير على عرض سعر سبق أن وافقت عليه.
7. الاسترداد
دفعتك الكاملة محمية بموجب سياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء، بما في ذلك استرداد المبلغ كاملاً خلال 15 يوماً.
