This Privacy Policy explains how AuroraDigi (“we”, “us”), a digital services business based in Basra, Iraq, collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit auroradigi.com, contact us, or use our services.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, company name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, city, and the project details you send through our quote form, contact page, chat assistant, WhatsApp, email or social media.
• Project materials: texts, logos, photos, documents and account access you provide so we can deliver your project.
• Technical information: basic data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. See our Cookie Policy.

2. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To plan, deliver and support the services you order.
• To send invoices and service-related messages.
• To keep the website secure and improve how it works.
• To send news or offers only if you agree; you can stop at any time.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. The chat assistant and WhatsApp

Our website chat assistant gives automatic answers inside your browser. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, the message you send goes to our WhatsApp Business number and is handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only when needed to provide our services, for example with:

• Our hosting provider (Hostinger), which stores the website and its data.
• Domain, email and software providers used for your project.
• Google, if website statistics are enabled (see the Cookie Policy).
• Authorities, when the law of the Republic of Iraq requires it.

5. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months and project and invoice records for as long as needed for the project, support and legal or accounting purposes. After that we delete or anonymise them.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including an SSL-secured website, restricted access and strong passwords. No online system is 100% secure, so please do not send passwords or banking details by ordinary messages; we will agree a safe method with you.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Contact us using the details below; we reply within 14 days.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page with its update date.
