AuroraDigi provides digital services, not physical goods, so there is nothing to return. This policy explains what happens if you cancel or are not satisfied. It does not affect any rights you have under the laws of the Republic of Iraq.

1. 15-day full refund

If you change your mind, you can cancel within 15 days of your payment and receive a full refund, as long as the final work has not yet been handed over or published. The only deduction is any third-party cost we have already paid on your behalf (for example a domain, hosting or licence), with receipts.

2. After 15 days or after handover

• After 15 days, or once the final work has been handed over or published, payments are not refundable.
• We still complete everything in your quotation, including the agreed revisions (two to three rounds) and 30 days of free support after delivery.
• If we cannot deliver the agreed work for reasons on our side, we refund the full amount at any time.

3. Monthly services

You can cancel social media management, maintenance and other monthly services with 15 days’ notice before the next billing date. The current paid month is not refundable, and the service continues until the end of that month.

4. Tender preparation

Because tenders have fixed deadlines, the 15-day full refund applies to tender preparation only until we start preparing the documents. If we cannot deliver the agreed documents before the deadline for reasons on our side, we refund the payment in full.

5. If you are not satisfied

Tell us within 14 days of delivery what does not match the agreed scope. We will fix it within the included revisions (two to three rounds) at no extra cost. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.

6. Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, paid plugins, advertising spend and other amounts paid to third parties are non-refundable by us once purchased; any refund depends on that provider’s own policy.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid in IQD by the original payment method, or by another method we agree, within 14 days of approval.

8. Cancellation by AuroraDigi

We may end a project if payments are not made, if materials are not provided for more than 60 days, or if the project requires unlawful content. In that case we deliver the completed work for the amount already paid, or refund the unused part.
